Field Log is a data card for your wrist. Two fields with progress bars, a round gauge, big time with seconds and a week strip that shows how far into the week you are.

What you get

  • Card with two fields and progress bars (steps to goal, battery, Body Battery, intensity minutes...)
  • Round gauge with arc. On Instinct it sits exactly in the small top-right window
  • Big time, seconds in a frame (only while the screen is awake, to save battery)
  • ISO week number and a 7-day strip: past days, today highlighted
  • Date, plus one extra field at the bottom on larger screens
  • 31 data types: heart rate, steps, battery, battery days, distance, calories, floors, intensity minutes, Body Battery, stress, altitude, pressure, notifications, solar intensity, temperature, sunrise, sunset, respiration, Pulse Ox, recovery time, resting HR, VO2 max, sleep score*, 5K prediction*, weekly run distance*, moon phase, week number, day of year
  • 7 accent colors, English or Polish date
  • Always-on mode for AMOLED: dimmed time and date, shifted every minute against burn-in
  • Settings on the watch (hold MENU, then Watch face, then Customize) or in the Connect IQ app

No data is invented: if the watch has no reading, the field shows "--".

One-time payment. No subscription. The code works on the watch whose UID you enter.

  1. Install the face from the Connect IQ store. It is free for 7 days.
  2. Find your 10-digit UID: Connect IQ app on the phone > My Device > Watch faces > Field Log > Settings (first field).
  3. Enter UID and e-mail, pay with PayPal (cards work without a PayPal account). The code appears here at once.
  4. Type the code into the same settings page, field "Unlock code". The watch checks it offline.
